The DL8 provides a highly portable and feature-rich I/O solution for live sound professionals and installers. Equipped with 8 of Midas’s award-winning PRO mic preamps with switchable 48V phantom power, and 8 low-impedance, electronically balanced line outputs, this stagebox delivers the signature Midas sound in a small, rackmountable form factor. A standout feature is its integrated ULTRANET hub, which allows direct connection to Behringer P16-M personal monitor systems or Turbosound speakers, creating a flexible and streamlined digital ecosystem. The DL8 is powered either through AES50 PoE from a compatible hub or via its internal auto-ranging power supply, offering unmatched installation and touring flexibility. Dual AES50 SuperMAC ports provide low-latency, high-channel-count audio transmission and enable cascading of multiple stageboxes without the need for routers or mergers. With Neutrik etherCON ports, rugged construction, and remote operation up to 100m via shielded CAT5e, the DL8 is built for life on the road or in professional installs.
